- To analyse your nutrition and wellness data and generate AI-powered insights.
- To process payments for premium subscriptions.
- To send important notifications you have opted into (e.g. meal reminders).
- To maintain, improve, and secure the app.
Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the following trusted service providers who help us operate the app:
- Google Firebase — secure cloud storage and authentication.
- Google AI / Anthropic — AI-powered food analysis features.
- Paystack — secure payment processing for subscriptions.
- Nutrition databases — food product lookups via barcode scanning.
Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not share your data for advertising purposes.
Data Security
We protect your data using industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest. Your personal health data is stored privately and is accessible only to you.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app's Settings. Upon deletion, your data is removed within 30 days.

Children's Privacy
Wellor is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
